Where MY Global processes personal data of individuals located within the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom in connection with commercial advisory engagements, we strictly adhere to the standards established under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
When transferring personal data from the EEA to our UAE data centers, we implement standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and robust technical safeguards (AES-256 encryption, role-based access control) to ensure an equivalent level of data protection.
EU data subjects retain the right to: (1) Access their personal data; (2) Rectify inaccurate records; (3) Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"); (4) Restrict or object to processing; (5) Data portability; and (6) Lodge a complaint with a competent EU Supervisory Authority.
